Requirements
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline is required. An MBA or an advanced degree is preferred. • Educational Background: • Professional Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or analogous strategy & operations roles, with a demonstrable history of driving significant business impact. A good understanding of digital advertising and media is required, previous experience in the industry is preferred • Strategic & Analytical Acumen: Exceptional strategic thinking and advanced analytical proficiency are required, characterized by a highly structured and proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations is paramount. • Strategic & Analytical Acumen: • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated capability to lead and exert influence across multiple business units (particularly sales, finance, product, and marketing) is required for successful implementation of large-scale programs and initiatives. • Cross-Functional Leadership: • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in partnering with and influencing executive-level stakeholders is necessary, including thought leadership and the ability to secure buy-in for strategic initiatives. • Stakeholder Management: • Data Proficiency & Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in sales systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce), and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, BigQuery) is requisite. Responsibilities
• Collaborate with sales, sales finance, business operations, product adoption and other cross-functional stakeholders on strategic operational projects designed to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue • Program manage critical initiatives that shape the LCS business • Devise and recommend go-to-market strategies in close partnership with senior sales and cross-functional leaders • Track data and maintain our reporting processes, spanning key sales pipeline, productivity metrics, and forecasting • Build automation and scalability, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless integration around systems, tools, and technology • Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to plan and communicate short and long term resource needs • Oversee the annual and quarterly planning processes for LCS as a whole

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. • The base salary range for this position is: • $180,200 - $252,300 USD • In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
