Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work • Current independent clinical licensure in the state of California (LCSW or LMFT) • Prior clinical experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), hospital, or medical center environments is highly desirable. • Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. • Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and conducting remote clinical work. • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation skills. • Experience managing acute psychiatric presentations, including crisis intervention and safety planning. • Ability to work autonomously while effectively contributing to a collaborative team environment. • Company Mission & Vision • We are the future of brain health, integrating care delivery, technological innovation, and research breakthroughs to enhance the understanding of brain biology and to diagnose, treat, and ultimately cure brain disorders across all stages of life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient settings, utilizing empirically supported treatment approaches. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to formulate and execute individualized treatment plans. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in strict compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards. • Participate actively in scheduled clinical supervision, consultation sessions, and team meetings. • Adhere to structured therapy protocols and programmatic models of care to ensure clinical consistency and excellence. • Respond effectively to clinical crises and strictly observe established risk-management procedures.

Benefits
