Requirements
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field, and on track to graduate by Summer 2026 • Summer 2026 • Strong understanding of math, probability, and statistics • Advanced aptitude for problem solving and multitasking • High level of proficiency in Excel and VBA • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling is preferred • A strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly in a fast paced, high-pressure environment • Detail-oriented, organized, and diligent • Ability to maintain composure and communicate clearly when under pressure
Responsibilities
• Work side by side with senior traders • Learn about proprietary methodologies and trading systems that support an established trading business • Real-time risk management in the form of trade entry and risk layoffs • Build and maintain trading models • Enhance existing trades; identify and pursue new opportunities • Liaise between trading group, internal company departments, and OTC relationships • Further responsibilities may be driven by the individual’s interests and specific skills
