Requirements
• What You Get To Do Every Day • Clinical Assessment: Conduct comprehensive sleep histories and physical examinations (via telehealth or in-person) to evaluate sleep-related complaints. • Diagnosis & Testing: Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including Home Sleep Apnea Tests (HSAT) and in-lab Polysomnography (PSG). • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including CPAP/BiPAP therapy, pharmacological interventions, and lifestyle counseling. • Patient Education: Guide patients on sleep hygiene, the mechanics of sleep disorders, and the long-term health benefits of compliance with therapy. • Follow-up Care: Monitor patient progress, manage equipment titration/adjustments, and provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) referrals or basic coaching. • Collaboration: Work closely with our Sleep Technicians, Medical Director, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Benefits
• $60-65/hr. Note that final compensation is subject to the candidate’s specific qualifications and location, as well as the needs of the company. • The Company currently provides medical, vision, and dental insurance with 100% of the employee medical, vision, and dental premiums covered by the Company. There is an option to participate in both a medical FSA and dependent care FSA. We offer a 401(k) plan, with fully matching contributions up to 3% of salary and 50% matching from 3% to 5% of salary. You will be eligible for Paid Time Off in accordance with the company’s policies. Our Seattle-based employees will receive commuter benefits.
