Requirements
• 12+ years of progressive marketing experience in SaaS (B2C or PLG environments preferred) • 4+ years in a senior marketing leadership role • Proven track record of scaling revenue through demand generation and strong product marketing • Deep understanding of PLG models and modern SaaS funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, expansion ARR) • Experience integrating AI and automation into marketing strategy and experimentation • Strong leadership experience in remote-first, distributed teams • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and hands-on execution • Experience serving solopreneurs or small business segments • Multilingual (e.g., German & English)
