• Own and evolve manager data ingestion, cleaning, and validation systems • Own and evolve data engineering standards for the Data and Reporting Team • Drive efficiency on the team through platform improvements, new technology adoption and team training • Improve the efficiency and clarity of the performance attribution systems • Desired Background • Desired Background • A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline • 3+ years of experience engineering data solutions to business problems • Proficient in Python and SQL • Proficient in data management principles and best practices • Practical understanding of system and workflow design • Experience with agentic coding (eg.
