• Strong Python skills – typically 1–3 years of coding experience through professional work, internships, academic work or personal projects. We will test this during the interview process. • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills – we will test these. • Typically 1–3 years of relevant experience, although we also welcome exceptional recent graduates with relevant internships, particularly from HFT, quantitative trading or similar environments. • Strong ability to analyse complex datasets, identify patterns and turn insights into practical solutions. • An interest in financial markets and technology. Experience or interest in crypto, blockchain and DeFi is beneficial but not required. • You have an owner mentality and focus on the ultimate outcome: generating sustainable P&L and helping grow the business over the long term. • You love solving problems and seeing the solutions you build work in practice. • You are comfortable moving between trading, coding, data analysis and collaboration depending on what is required. • You are determined, ambitious and humble, with a strong willingness to learn. • You enjoy working in a meritocratic environment where performance and impact matter. • You have an entrepreneurial mindset rather than a 9-to-5 mentality and are comfortable with the demands of fast-moving global markets. • You enjoy working collaboratively with traders, developers and other teams. • You are comfortable working primarily from the office while maintaining flexibility where appropriate.
