MEP Engineer

• Develop MEP engineering plans and specifications for various projects within the scope of development – construction / hybrid / on-site work in Dubai. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. • Conduct energy audits for existing buildings or projects as required by the client's needs within Dubai’s MEP engineering industry scope. • Oversee installation processes on site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications to guarantee a successful outcome in terms of functionality and performance standards. • Monitor progress against timelines using various tools such as Gantt charts or other scheduling software commonly used within the MEP engineering field; provide regular updates to clients regarding ongoing work statuses, potential delays, etc., when necessary. • Participate in team meetings and discussions with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, owners or their representatives as needed throughout all phases of a building's lifecycle – from design through construction completion to post-occupancy evaluations - within Dubai’s MEP engineering industry scope. • Perform regular site visits and inspections during different stages of project execution; identify potential issues early on before they become significant problems that could impact the overall success or timeline delivery for projects in progress under your supervision as an MEP Engineer working with various clients across Dubai’s construction industry landscape. • Develop detailed reports outlining findings from site visits/inspections along with recommendations on how best to address identified issues promptly while maintaining project schedules within the scope of work expected by each client in your portfolio as an MEP Engineer working across Dubai’s construction industry landscape. • Provide technical support via phone calls or emails when needed during regular business hours; assist colleagues with queries related to specific aspects about mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems within the scope of work expected by each client in your portfolio as an MEP Engineer working across Dubai’s construction industry landscape. • Attend training sessions/workshops on new technologies or techniques relevant directly applicable towards improving efficiency levels during project execution phases; stay up-to-date with current best practices within the field of mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering while maintaining high standards across all projects undertaken by your team as an MEP Engineer working in Dubai’s construction industry landscape. • Participate actively at conferences/seminars related to advancements happening globally around sustainable design practices within the scope of work expected by each client in their portfolio while maintaining high standards across all projects undertaken as an MEP Engineer working with various clients
