Gather AI - Mobile Engineer

• Own mobile-side investigation and resolution for customer-reported issues — tracing problems across mobile apps, backend services, and infrastructure • Support live MHEV production systems with rapid issue resolution and proactive reliability improvements • Improve debugging tools, logs, documentation, and runbooks to reduce mean time to resolution across the team • Support legacy app maintenance and the transition to current-generation apps • Collaborate with backend and platform engineers to identify and address root causes at the system level • Build domain expertise in MHEV system behavior to serve as a reliable resource for support and engineering teams
