Requirements
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on full-stack or systems-level development. • Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages. • Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), APIs, and modern front-end frameworks. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy in fast-paced environments. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving mission contexts.
Responsibilities
• Architect, develop, and deploy mission-aligned software solutions in government and commercial environments. • Collaborate with operators, analysts, and executives on-site in Stockholm to translate evolving requirements into actionable technical outcomes. • Integrate Strider's platform with diverse data sources, internal workflows, and external IT systems. • Build custom applications, features, and data pipelines that unlock insights from unstructured, multi-lingual datasets. • Serve as Strider's technical lead in the field, owning project outcomes from inception to implementation. • Prototype quickly and iterate continuously, adapting to high-priority demands and real-time feedback. • Provide critical field insights to inform and influence Strider's internal product roadmap.
