Parity - Content & Communications Associate

• Demonstrated ability to write and edit clear, structured content in English, including adapting tone for different audiences and channels • Experience working with or around technical subject matter, with the ability to understand and simplify complex concepts • Evidence of managing multiple content tasks or workflows (e.g. content calendars, publishing schedules, coordination with stakeholders) • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and incorporating feedback into final content outputs • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated through consistently accurate, well-structured written work • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Buffer, Typefully) • Experience using tools such as Notion, Figma, or analytics dashboards • Experience supporting content performance tracking or reporting • Upon receiving an offer, all candidates undergo a background check through Zinc, our trusted third-party provider.
