Responsibilities
Spearhead initiatives to automate and optimize HR processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the People Team.
Lead initiatives to develop and refine our global people processes, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvements and ownership.
Take ownership of complex projects and data, supporting our People COEs and People Team Objectives.
Manage systems like JIRA ticketing and Lattice, ensuring their effective utilization to support various People Operations functions.
Provide support in data analytics and survey strategy, utilizing insights to continuously improve and evolve our People Operations strategies.
