Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment. • Experience of using AI Agents and implementing and building AI tools and Agents • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are highly valued and may be considered in place of a formal degree. • Equivalent practical experience in paid media or digital marketing will also be considered. • Proven track record of zero to one with paid media spend, executing creative campaigns • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar. • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance optimization. • Experience with landing page optimization and CRO principles. • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. • Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms. • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize ROI. • Collaborate with agencies, copywriters and designers to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that convert. • Creating new sales funnels to sell various products we operate. • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards. • Identify new advertising opportunities and emerging trends to keep campaigns competitive and innovative. • Continuously refine bidding strategies, budget allocations, and targeting parameters to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensure full funnel alignment between ad campaigns, landing experiences, and conversion goals. • Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and PPC best practices.
