Responsibilities
• Inventory management • Inventory ordering • Software setup and decommission • User adds/moves/changes • Vendor management and coordination • Support Placemakr team members with troubleshooting • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders • Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, support, sales) to align on project goals • Resolve any open items with vendor or departments to ensure full completion within expected SLA (service level agreement) • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency • ## What It Takes • Comfort with navigating and learning new systems • Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience
