Requirements
• Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs including improvements to activation rate and upsell revenue, continuously monitor performance, and make data-informed adjustments to achieve business outcomes • Performance Tracking: • Proven Experience: 3–6 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing roles, ideally in a high-growth tech startup or Marketplace / SaaS environment • Technical Expert: Hands-on experience with email lifecycle tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Customer.io, etc) • Technical Expert: • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform product decisions and track performance metrics • Collaborative: Excellent cross-functional skills, with a history of working closely with engineering, design, and other teams to achieve product success. • Collaborative: • Executional Excellence: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. • Executional Excellence: • The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. Responsibilities
• Strategic Vision: Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy, mapping key moments and designing campaigns to activate, retain, and re-engage users • Strategic Vision: • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, design, education, customer success, and sales to define user segments and trigger-based journeys • Cross-functional Collaboration: • Implementation: Ideate and execute multi-channel campaigns with a test-and-learn mindset • Implementation: • Comprehensive Experience: Build and manage automated email flows: onboarding, feature adoption, winback, upsell, referral, etc.
