Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years of relevant experience analyzing business processes • Demonstrated, hands-on experience working with Ellucian Colleague™ ERP system within a higher education environment. • Experience with SoftDocs or similar Enterprise Content Management tools such as OnBase, Hyland, Kuali Build • Strong MIS experience, particularly database management systems • Ability to create and follow detailed project plans and to guide others involved in projects • Ability to document business processes, evaluate process efficiency and recommend process improvements • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Detail oriented and able to develop innovative ideas with minimal supervision • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Experience with opening Ellucian Cases and navigate support and escalation processes, as needed, to gain insight or resolved issues • Experience with Unidata or Unibasic query language • Experience with Ellucian Experience and Ethos • What You Can Expect from Us • At CampusWorks, we don't just help our clients succeed; we help our employees succeed. Responsibilities
• Consult with the current campus partners to review current or new business processes to determine how our enterprise applications can support and improve these processes • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or optimization • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including academic departments and administration, to align systems with organizational goals • Develop and implement data management strategies for efficient and secure handling of academic and administrative data • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices • Protect and ensure the stability and integrity of the institutional business systems • Evaluate potential risks to the service and applications, develop mitigation plans and recommendations, facilitate decisions. • Respond to and resolve incidents reported by end users regarding our Enterprise Applications • Provide monitoring, troubleshooting and management of enterprise applications • Create and maintain documentation related to services, solutions, and interfaces • Provide training, documentation, communication, and facilitate testing for major projects or releases
