Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Implementation, Post-Sales Engineering, or a related role • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • Proven track record delivering complex SaaS implementation projects involving enterprise integrations and large-scale data migrations • Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft, including design, build, and production deployment • Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON data structures, authentication methods such as OAuth2 and SAML, and webhook architectures • Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and validating relational data • Experience working with large, structured datasets • Scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for data transformation, automation, and integration tasks • Demonstrated experience leading data migration projects, including field mapping, ETL logic, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Understanding of enterprise application integration trends, data governance principles, and considerations for PII or regulated environments • Standout Qualities: • Standout Qualities: • Experience with enterprise cloud business applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or similar platforms • Proficiency with command-line tools, scripting, or infrastructure automation that supports integration and migration workflows • Domain expertise in enterprise workflows such as Project Portfolio Management, Campaign Management, Creative Production, or Client-Service Delivery • Exposure to AI/ML tools or LLM-based workflow automation in enterprise SaaS environments • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to approach complex technical challenges in a structured and evidence-based way • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer workstreams and timelines effectively • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with customers, Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services teams • Curiosity, adaptability, and a self-directed approach to learning new tools and technologies • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and bring solutions forward early • Team Dynamics: • Team Dynamics: • As a Technical Consultant at Wrike, you will work closely with customers as well as cross-functional internal teams including Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services.
