• Lead end-to-end delivery working directly with CFOs and leadership teams on transactions. • Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior stakeholders • Lead the development of accounting papers in complex issues • Oversee financial information requirements • Lead on SOX and internal controls programmes • Embed technology and automation into how engagements are delivered • Improve delivery models, tools, and processes across the team • Manage timelines and deliverables • Review outputs and ensure quality • Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and other advisors • Take ownership of engagement commercials and delivery model • Lead proposals and win new work • Build and grow client relationships • Support and develop junior and senior team members
