Requirements

• Qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA, CPA • Strong accounting, auditing and reporting experience • Excellent knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS • Deep experience working on transactions and accounting advisory • Comfortable leading delivery and managing teams • Interest in improving processes and using technology • Able to work directly with senior client stakeholders • Clear and practical communicator

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with clients • Lead accounting workstreams • Act as the main point of contact between clients, auditors, and other advisors • Prepare and review financial information • Take ownership of technical accounting positions across complex areas • Support GAAP conversions • Design and implement control frameworks, including SOX • Use technology and automation to streamline reporting and delivery • Improve processes and reduce manual effort • Manage timelines and deliverables • Review outputs and ensure quality • Support and develop junior team members
