Requirements

Responsibilities
• Support onsite and virtual interviews and recruiting activities for our growing UK offices and beyond! Our expectation is that your work hours will be localised to the UK, with occasional meetings outside hours to connect with US and India hiring teams • Partner with a variety of recruiters and internal client groups to deliver the best candidate experience across both our experienced-hire and early-career hiring programs • Act as the sole point of contact for candidates’ scheduling needs, as well as onsite interview support in person • Book necessary candidate travel arrangements and coordinate candidate expense reimbursements • Build out, document, and maintain efficient and scalable hiring processes • Manage requisition details and data integrity in our Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems • Contribute to report generation as we measure and analyse the effectiveness of our hiring processes • Support regional and global hiring efforts by collaborating on Talent Acquisition branding projects and programs • Maintain job details and ensure data integrity within our ATS (Greenhouse) and Workday • Contribute to the continuous improvement and documentation of best practices and People Team processes
