Requirements
• Experience in customer support, trader support, or community management • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency trading and market structure • Familiarity with proprietary trading firms or prop firm evaluation models is strongly preferred • Excellent written communication skills • Ability to explain complex trading concepts in a simple and helpful way • Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment • Experience working in a proprietary trading firm • Experience supporting trading platforms or fintech products • Familiarity with platforms such as Binance, Bybit, TradingView, or similar exchanges • Previous experience supporting communities via Discord or similar platforms
Responsibilities
• Provide real-time support to traders via chat, email, and community channels • Assist traders with questions related to evaluations, account rules, payouts, and platform functionality • Help troubleshoot common platform issues and guide users through solutions • Monitor trader feedback and escalate recurring issues to internal teams • Support onboarding of new traders by helping them understand platform features and trading rules • Maintain documentation of common support topics and frequently asked questions • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall trader experience • Identify opportunities to proactively help traders succeed on the platform
