Requirements

• Comfortable in the Unknown: You possess a proven ability to navigate ambiguity to find top talent. In a fast-moving startup environment, you can pivot quickly and find clarity where others see noise. • Technical Fluency: You speak the language of engineers. You understand the difference between a systems engineer and a product engineer, and you can evaluate a GitHub profile with precision. • Growth Mindset: You are energized by the challenge of "high-volume" without sacrificing the "high-bar" for quality. • Relentless Researcher: You don't just rely on LinkedIn; you are an expert in finding talent in the corners of the internet where the best engineers actually hang out.

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Sourcing: Execute relentless outbound campaigns to build a robust pipeline of world-class technical talent across multiple engineering and research verticals. • Find the Top 1%: Utilize creative search techniques, open-source communities (GitHub, Discord, X), and technical deep-dives to identify and engage the top 1% talent in technical roles who aren't looking for their next job. • Strategic Mapping: Identify talent hubs in the AI, Data, and infrastructure sectors, staying ahead of market trends to find talent before our competitors do. • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the first point of contact for Wynd Labs, delivering a high-signal, compelling narrative about our mission that resonates with senior-level, deeply technical candidates. • Data-Driven Iteration: Track your outreach metrics and conversion rates to constantly refine your approach and messaging.
