Requirements
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally at a startup or in AI/ML • Strong sourcing skills and a network in the AI/engineering talent market • Ability to move fast, operate independently, and wear multiple hats • Excellent judgment on candidate quality and culture fit • Familiarity with AI/ML roles and terminology • Ability to hire for non-technical roles (e.g. operations) is nice to have. • Location: Remote (only USA) or Mountain View, CA (Hybrid). • Compensation: Competitive salary and equity based on experience.
Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles such as Research Engineers, Research scientists, Software engineers, and Product engineers. • Source passive candidates through creative outreach, referrals, and community engagement. • Manage candidate pipeline, interviews, and offer negotiations. • Build and refine recruiting processes as the company scales. • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and prioritize roles.
