Requirements
• 8+ years of proven Program Management experience within Department of Defense programs • Deep expertise in project and program management, with a track record of delivering complex capabilities • Active Secret security clearance • Ability to travel domestically as required • Strong strategic mindset with a focus on long-term business objectives • Demonstrated experience leading interrelated projects with minimal oversight. • Proficiency with scheduling and program management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent skills in leadership, time management, organization, team management • Deep understanding of project financials • A demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others • Experience across a variety of DoD acquisition frameworks • Experience in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics • Full-time regular employee offer package: • Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
Responsibilities
• Oversee the development and implementation of programs within Operations Division – Program Management / Dallas, Texas. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, budget requirements, risk assessment plans, quality assurance processes, performance metrics/KPIs and reporting mechanisms for each project or initiative under the Program Manager's purview. • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment of program goals with organizational objectives and strategic direction. • Monitor progress against established timelines, budgets, quality standards, performance metrics/KPIs, risk assessment plans, and reporting mechanisms for each project or initiative under the Program Manager's purview; provide regular status updates to senior management as required. • Identify potential risks associated with program implementation early in the process through comprehensive analysis of internal and external factors that may impact timelines, budgets, quality standards, performance metrics/KPIs for each project or initiative under Program Manager's purview; develop risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks. • Develop contingency plans to manage potential disruptions in program implementation due to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in organizational priorities, resource constraints, regulatory requirements, market conditions or other external factors that may impact timelines, budgets, quality standards, performance metrics/KPIs for each project under Program Manager's purview. • Liaise with senior management to ensure alignment of program goals and objectives with organizational strategy; provide regular updates on progress against established timelines, budgets, quality standards, performance metrics/KPIs, risk assessment plans, and reporting mechanisms for each project or initiative under Program Manager's purview. • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of program goals and objectives with organizational strategy; facilitate communication between cross-functional teams working on different projects within the Operations Division – Program Management / Dallas, Texas. • Provide leadership and direction for project team members by setting clear expectations regarding roles and responsibilities, performance standards, quality assurance processes, reporting mechanisms, risk assessment plans, and contingency planning; provide regular feedback on progress against established timelines, budgets, quality standards, performance metrics/KPIs. • Monitor compliance with organizational policies, procedures, regulations, industry best practices, ethical guidelines, legal requirements, contractual obligations, intellectual property rights and confidentiality agreements related to program implementation within Operations Division – Program Management / Dallas, Texas; ensure that all project team members are aware of these compliance standards. • Ensure timely completion of projects or initiatives under the Program Manager'
