• 5+ years of experience designing products that have been used by end users and clients at scale • Proven track record of solving complex real-world problems with strategic thinking and elegant, user-centered solutions • Proficiency with the full design toolkit: wireframing, user flows, high-fidelity mocks, prototyping, user interviews, and usability testing • Expert-level skills with design tools like Figma, including advanced features like components and design libraries • Experience maintaining visual and interaction consistency by working within established design systems and contributing to their evolution • Strong visual design foundation with attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles • Experience designing responsive Web/Mobile experiences • Understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints • Experience designing AI-powered features that enhance user workflows and personalize experiences is a plus • Familiarity with GenAI tools to accelerate workflows is a plus • Independent ownership: You can take projects from problem definition through execution, managing stakeholder relationships and driving decisions without constant guidance.
