Requirements
• RCIC or lawyer licensed to practice Quebec immigration, recognized by MIFI • Active member in good standing with the relevant regulatory body • 3+ years of corporate Canadian immigration experience • Strong knowledge of Canadian and Quebec immigration programs • Ability to independently manage high-volume, complex corporate cases • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and client-focused • Fluent in French & English
Responsibilities
• Manage a full portfolio of Canadian immigration cases, with a strong emphasis on Quebec-based matters • Work Permits (GTS & Regular LMIAs, ICTs, C10/16/20, FTAs) • Permanent Residence (Express Entry, PNPs, Quebec-related PR processes) • Employer compliance (IMP audits, program reviews, disclosures) • Advise corporate clients on immigration strategy, eligibility, timelines, and risks • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with IRCC, ESDC, and MIFI requirements • IRCC, ESDC, and MIFI
