• 5+ total years of experience in engineering and product management, including • 3+ years as a Technical Product Manager, demonstrating process-driven results in scaling integrations, defining technical product requirements, and leading cross-functional execution. • 2+ years of engineering experience, working with APIs, integrations, or developer-focused products, or similar experience • A deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, etc.). • Experience working closely with engineering teams, defining clear and technically sound product requirements. • The ability to collect customer requirements and translate technical details into clear product decisions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience leading complex, large-scale product launches end-to-end, from writing specs in the design phase, coordinating with engineering on execution, managing launch timelines, and iterating based on customer feedback • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous or complex API challenges. • A bias for action—you don’t just identify problems, you drive solutions. • Experience working with developer tools, API platforms, or integration products. • Experience building applications with SaaS integrations and understanding of B2B customer needs.
