Requirements

Responsibilities
• Deliver banking and payments integrations predictably and at pace — with clear scope, no late surprises, complete functionality, and production-ready quality at launch • Drive clarity from ambiguous technical, partner, and regulatory inputs so teams can execute without rework or delays • Make sound build vs buy decisions, select the right vendors, and hold them accountable to agreed scope, timelines, and SLAs • Understand and communicate how integration design choices and features impact customer experience and product performance (e.g. success rates, latency, coverage), and use this to guide prioritisation • Deliver compliance-driven changes in a pragmatic way that maintains compliance without derailing the broader roadmap
