Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in technical leadership, software delivery, or architecture roles. • Proven experience designing and delivering cloud-based solutions (AWS and/or Azure). • Strong background in modern application architectures (microservices, APIs). • Hands-on experience with at least one core technology stack (Java, Python, Node.js, React, or similar). • Experience leading distributed engineering teams. • Strong client-facing experience with senior technical stakeholders. • Fluent English (spoken and written). • Experience with Data platforms, Data Governance, or Generative AI solutions. • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security. • Experience in large-scale or enterprise digital transformation programs.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the development and delivery of technology solutions within an organization's strategy. • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards. • Facilitate communication between technical leads, stakeholders, and other departments as needed. • Monitor progress against business objectives and adjust plans accordingly. • Identify potential risks early in the development process and develop mitigation strategies. • Ensure that projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to customers or end users. • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship within teams as needed. • Participate in regular status meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges faced by the team. • Collaborate closely with senior management to prioritize projects based on business needs and available resources. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of technology trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to your organization's industry. • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations or compliance requirements that may impact project work within the company. • Provide technical training and support for team members as needed to ensure they have the skills necessary to complete their tasks effectively. • Participate in regular performance evaluations of teams, providing feedback on strengths and areas for improvement where appropriate.
