Requirements
• 10–15+ Years of Experience: Background in tier-1 banking is a must. Responsibilities
• Global Team Collaboration: Work with a high-performing, 24/7 global operations team with a focus on extreme accountability, scalability, and technical innovation. • Global Team Collaboration: • Treasury & Liquidity Orchestration: Optimize liquidity across wallets, exchanges, and bank accounts to support business needs while minimizing idle capital and ensuring asset segregation. • Treasury & Liquidity Orchestration: • On-Chain Settlement & Custody: Manage the institutional custody stack (MPC, Multi-sig), including the design of signing policies and transaction authorization workflows for institutional clients. • On-Chain Settlement & Custody: • Operational Optimization: Identify manual friction points and partner with Engineering/Product teams to build "Treasury-as-Code", implementing automation to drive efficiency and accuracy in treasury systems. • Operational Optimization: • Control Environment: Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and risk frameworks in line with global regulatory expectations and internal audit obligations. • Control Environment: • Strategy & Yield Optimization: Work with the team to develop an operating model that balances short-term capabilities with long-term needs, including applying investment strategies for cash and digital assets to optimize returns. • Strategy & Yield Optimization: • Reporting & Metrics: Work on building automated dashboards and KPIs related to global treasury health and operational velocity. • Reporting & Metrics:
