Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience in sales development • Have 1–3+ years managing SDRs or leading a sales development team • Are comfortable working with technical products and developer audiences • Have experience with modern GTM tooling (AI Agents, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Power Dialers, etc.) • Are highly data-driven and comfortable managing performance through metrics • Are passionate about coaching and developing early-career sales talent • Thrive in fast-moving environments where processes are still evolving • Have strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of SDRs responsible for generating qualified pipeline • Own SDR performance including activity metrics, conversion rates, pipeline creation, and attainment • Recruit top SDR talent and grow the team as LangChain continues to scale • Develop SDR talent through coaching, call reviews, and structured feedback • Build repeatable outbound and inbound qualification playbooks • Partner with marketing to convert inbound demand into qualified opportunities • Work with sales leadership and RevOps to align on target accounts, territories, and pipeline goals • Implement systems and workflows that improve SDR productivity and effectiveness • Use data to continuously improve performance, analyzing conversion rates across the funnel • Have 5+ years of experience in sales development • Have 1–3+ years managing SDRs or leading a sales development team • Are comfortable working with technical products and developer audiences • Have experience with modern GTM tooling (AI Agents, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Power Dialers, etc.) • Are highly data-driven and comfortable managing performance through metrics • Are passionate about coaching and developing early-career sales talent • Thrive in fast-moving environments where processes are still evolving • Have strong communication and organizational skills

Actual compensation will vary based on role, level, and location. For team members in the EU and UK, we provide locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations. • Annual salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 On Target Earnings + Equity
