Greenhouse - Engineering Manager, Cloud Platform

• 5+ years of experience working within a cloud platform or infrastructure-focused organization • Proven track record of technical prioritization and managing Kubernetes at scale in production, including cluster lifecycle and upgrades • Strong, hands-on familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, including compute, networking, IAM/identity, and core services • Experience leading, coaching, or managing engineers through formal people management or significant tech lead responsibility, with a record of growing and retaining talent • Experience with infrastructure as code and GitOps practices such as Terraform and Helm, and managing change across shared infrastructure • Clear communication skills with the ability to align technical priorities to department and company objectives and partner across security, engineering, and leadership • Your own unique talents! Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
