Responsibilities

• Leading a collaborative team (5 people) in delivering great software that our customers will love! • Collaborating within the product engineering department to align the team with company objectives and initiatives across engineering and the wider business • You build strong roadmaps with the right balance of long-term strategic initiatives and more short-term tactical bets that embody the company’s strategy and the team’s growth-hacking mindset • Demonstrating a broad understanding of our global architecture and how your domains fits within it • Consistently delivering code that sets the standard for quality and maintainability • Ensuring the development of people through ongoing coaching and mentoring • Creating a team environment where team members feel like they belong and are supported to do their best work • Establishing open communication and a culture of feedback between team members • Working in an agile "build it and run it" environment where engineering teams build, launch, monitor and support the sections they own • Supporting your team in increasing delivery proficiency by creating a learning environment • This is the perfect opportunity for you if: • You have experience and passion for growing, developing, and guiding people • You like managing a team while continuing to contribute technically • Openness to receiving and giving feedback in a safe workplace • Experience working in agile development teams with knowledge of our following tech stack : AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, RestFul API, Python, Django, VueJs, Nuxt, Datadog etc • Interest in working in an environment where leaders support their teams to do great work, by removing impediments, finding improvements, and facilitating effective decision-making • Enthusiasm about reaching new levels of effectiveness (and quality!) • Good verbal and written communication skills in English • Excitement to learn about how our industry works and the impact we bring to our customers and the world • You have a problem-solving attitude and are comfortable navigating ambiguous situations with data and putting the user at the center. • You have a growth hacking mindset, you don't wait to act, you run experiments to test new ideas, and based on data you leverage these learnings to build more value • Some informations 🐍 • Our technical environment • Application: Python - FastAPI / SQLAlchemy/ Celery/ Golang/ Django (being phased out) - • Data: PostgreSQL/ Redis/ Kafka/ RabbitMQ/ BigQuery • Infrastructure: GCP / Kubernetes (GKE) / Docker/ Datadog/ ArgoCD / CircleCI / Github • Recruitment process • Call with Marie ( Expert Tech TA), 45 min • Leadership principles interview with two Engineering Managers, 60 min , • Technical Knowledge Interview & System Design & API interview , 75 min • Stakeholders interview, 45 min • Back Market Values fit interview - 45 min
