Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a trading role • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related field • Ability to read, write and speak fluent Mandarin Chinese and English • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly in a fast paced, high-pressure environment • Detail oriented, organized and diligent • Strong understanding of math, probability and statistics • Proficient with Excel and VBA • Proficient with SQL, Python, and statistical modeling; other programming experience is a plus • Advanced aptitude for problem solving and multitasking

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with senior traders • Learn about proprietary methodologies and trading systems that support an established trading business • Real-time risk management in the form of trade entry and risk layoffs • Build and maintain trading models • Enhance existing trades; identify and pursue new opportunities • Liaise between trading group, internal company departments, and OTC relationships • Further responsibilities may be driven by the individual’s interests and specific skills
