Requirements

We’re a group that chooses to lift each other up and think smart every day. • Strong experience in financial modelling or valuations within SME lending or consumer credit, ideally across revolving credit or instalment products. • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying deviations of actuals from assumptions and updating models to reflect observed trends and variances. • Confident working with large datasets to build and stress-test assumptions — SQL or Python required, plus strong Excel skills. • A clear communicator who can distil complex analysis into concise, well-structured narratives for non-technical audiences. • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities without losing attention to detail. • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot) to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive modelling tasks, and improve output quality • Experience with VBA, Excel-based financial models, or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) for reporting and scenario analysis • Experience supporting audit, model validation, or internal review processes • Knowledge of ECL / impairment modelling under IFRS 9 • We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
