Responsibilities
• Lead the identification and design of technical solutions that meet clients’ business requirements. • Partner with business and technical leaders to understand requirements and shape solution strategies aligned with customer's industry trends and business strategy. • Serve as a trusted senior advisor to client executives and technical teams advising on technology investments and roadmap decisions. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders on selected priority clients. • Provide technical direction and oversight during early stages of sales opportunities to ensure right solution strategy is pursued maximizing value to the client and Non-Resident Indian (NRI). • Partner with sales leadership to prioritize client engagements and build qualified sales pipeline within the assigned region. • Work closely with Innovation Directors and Technical Solution Architects to win qualified sales opportunities. • Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure solution performance, reliability, and security. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex solution issues across platforms and technologies. • Drive adoption of innovative tools, platforms, and practices to improve solution quality and efficiency.
