Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, BI Developer, or similar. • Azure Data Factory • Microsoft Fabric • Hands-on experience implementing cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). • Experience designing and building production-grade data solutions. • Advanced English (spoken and written). • Comfortable working directly with clients and multiple stakeholders. • Experience with modern Microsoft data technologies, including: • Lakehouse architecture • Parquet and modern columnar storage formats • Full-time (Monday–Friday) • Hybrid work model from Uruguay / Fully remote from Argentina • What you'll find • Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale data platforms. • International projects with global clients. • Collaborative engineering culture with strong technical ownership. • Continuous learning, certifications, and professional development. • Multicultural teams. • Healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end data solutions for enterprise clients. • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures. • Build and maintain modern Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and analytical data models. • Develop robust data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and data serving. • Drive technical quality through best practices, documentation, testing, and version control. • Act as the technical point of contact for clients throughout project delivery. • Mentor and support other Data Engineers. • Participate in technical estimations, solution design, and project planning. • Continuously improve engineering standards and delivery processes. • Strong ownership, autonomy, and problem-solving mindset.
