Requirements

• We would look for candidates who are eager to have a material impact on the decarbonization of the power system, and bring a mix of expertise and enthusiasm to our Power Market Advisory team. Whether you are just starting your career or have years of experience, we value your unique contributions. The ideal candidates will have experience in some of the following areas: • Understanding of the Polish Power Market: Knowledge of market fundamentals, design, policy, regulation, and commercial structures. • Understanding of the Polish Power Market: • Commercial Structures and Route to Market: Experience in evaluating commercial structures and assessing routes to market for power generation assets, with a focus on designing business models in energy markets. • Commercial Structures and Route to Market: • Client-Facing Impact: Ability to take ownership and deliver impactful results in client-facing settings. • Client-Facing Impact: • Project Management: Proficiency in managing projects on a day-to-day basis and overseeing inputs/outputs from our modelling team. • Project Management: • Data Analysis: Ability to analyse and interpret data effectively. • Data Analysis: • Creative and Entrepreneurial Mindset: Willingness to collaborate and work with others to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients. • Creative and Entrepreneurial Mindset: • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Flexibility: Willingness to occasionally work in diverse market contexts and themes or support model development efforts. • Flexibility: • Language Skills: Advanced C1 proficiency in both Polish and English. • What a career at Baringa will give you  Putting People First. Baringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture.
