Requirements
• Currently residing in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or Australia • Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written) • Registered Midwife with a valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory authority (e.g., Singapore Nursing Board) and in good standing • Holds a recognized nursing or midwifery qualification; additional training in fertility, IVF, or reproductive health is an advantage • Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in women’s health, obstetrics & gynecology, or fertility/IVF preferred • Experience with assisted reproductive technologies (e.g., IVF, IUI, egg freezing) is highly desirable • No history of malpractice claims or disciplinary action • Able to commit approximately 2 hours per week; this is a part-time, independent contractor role • Comfortable delivering care via a digital health platform; prior telehealth experience is a plus • Compassionate, patient-centered, and passionate about improving fertility and reproductive health outcomes • Opportunity Highlights: • Flexibility. Responsibilities
• Provide virtual support and guidance to expectant and new mothers • Educate members on prenatal care, labour preparation, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding • Offer emotional support and counseling throughout the pregnancy and early motherhood journey • Help members navigate healthcare systems and prepare for in-person appointments when needed • Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice • Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups • Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone
