Remote Junior APAC Legal Legal Counsel Regulatory Affairs Specialist Cantonese Documentation Product Marketing

Requirements

• Qualified in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdiction from law firm or financial institutions • Minimum 1 years PQE, with experience in Structured products, DCM, Global markets, or Derivatives • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on structured product business • Draft and review agreements and documents and conduct research on relevant laws and regulations. • Work with external counsel and international affiliates on legal matters and ad hoc projects. • Assist with legal and regulatory queries related to market transactions
