Requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop • Experience creating and editing vector graphics, including from low-resolution source material • Ability to recreate artwork accurately using the Pen Tool and/or drawing tablets • A well-functioning computer capable of handling design workloads and a strong and stable internet and power connection • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows is a plus
Responsibilities
• Upload mock-ups and artwork as quickly and accurately as possible while maintaining strong quality standards. • Ensure artwork matches client requests, manager instructions, and production requirements. • Interpret and follow complex instructions with strong attention to detail. • Recreate and clean low-quality artwork into production-ready vector files. • Maintain strong QA awareness by reviewing artwork for technical, aesthetic, and instruction-related issues before upload. • Communicate clearly with Campus Managers and internal teams regarding revisions, concerns, recommendations, or clarification questions. • Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop efficiently in a production-based environment. • Utilize AI-assisted workflows and tools responsibly to improve presentation quality, workflow efficiency, and design support when applicable. • Complete a set number of deliverables per day while balancing speed, quality, and accuracy. • Personal Attributes • Personal Attributes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English • Reliable, responsive, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setup • Comfortable asking questions and clarifying unclear requests • Receptive to feedback and open to continuous improvement • Able to balance speed and efficiency without compromising quality • Strong instruction comprehension and attention to detail
