Requirements

• A strong eye for pacing, rhythm, story, and visual taste • Comfortable with After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, or similar tools • Fast with new tools, especially AI, motion, and design tools • Interested in startups, AI, software, and the tools people use to build products • High ownership. You do not wait around or need constant hand-holding • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-intensity environment • Fluent English, written and spoken • You do not need to be deeply technical, but you should find this world genuinely interesting. • Send us two short videos: • 1. A 30–60 second video of yourself talking to camera. Phone is fine. Tell us why you want to work at Tempo and why you think you are a fit. • 2. Your best video or motion design work. Pick the piece that best shows what you can really do, preferably in English. • Both are required for us to consider your application.

Responsibilities

• Own videos from idea to final cut • Turn raw footage, screen recordings, streams, and interviews into short-form content • Create edits for social, launches, product moments, and ads • Move fast from rough cut to feedback to final delivery • Add motion, polish, pacing, music, captions, and structure • Keep every video on-brand and high-quality
