Requirements
• 10+ years of product management experience with expertise in managing enterprise SaaS products at scale. • Exceptional product thinking, with demonstrated ability in building customer centric product strategy for a business and delivering on them • Player and coach, who can drive individual projects while also building and shaping a high performing product team • High "EQ" with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Adept at working with customers and GTM teams, in addition to EPD teams • Strong bias to action and fearlessness in getting hands dirty. • Comfort and confidence in verbal and written communication. • Interest and willingness to meet customers, travel expected 25% of the time
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage products, ensuring exceptional end-user experiences • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and develop growth strategies. • Build and shape a high performing product team • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges in diverse verticals • Define clear product requirements based on a deep understanding of customer needs • Work with GTM teams to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns • Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of product launches.
