Requirements
• 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally, within top-tier Internet company or agencies. • Business/Corporate Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies would be a plus. • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Responsibilities
• Identify and attract top talent for the company through various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, etc. • Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates by using AI tools where applicable while ensuring human judgment is not replaced in final hiring decisions. • Conduct phone screenings and/or video interviews with potential candidates based on the qualifications of their applications or referrals from current employees, clients, partners, etc. • Prepare job descriptions for various positions within Binance to ensure they are clear, concise, and accurately reflect the role's requirements and expectations. • Collaborate with hiring managers across different departments at Binance to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies accordingly. • Develop relationships with universities, professional organizations, industry associations, alumni networks, etc., for referrals of potential candidates who may be a good fit for open positions within the company. • Attend job fairs, career events, or other networking opportunities to meet and engage with prospective talent on behalf of Binance. • Monitor industry trends related to recruitment practices and technologies that could impact how we source candidates in the future.
