Requirements

• Experience with ML frameworks (XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.). • Highly motivated to join Intellishore and its mission to revolutionize AI adoption in healthcare/life sciences, as demonstrated in the cover letter. • Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG techniques would be a plus, but deep knowledge of "traditional" AI/ML is a must. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Understanding of data processing techniques and best software engineering practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Fluency in English, German, or French, in addition, would be a plus. • Availability for on-site presence in Zürich. • And do not worry about whether you have too much or too little experience. Responsibilities

• Intellishore is a cross-functional consultancy where you will represent the back-end area in the technical track. Here you will be responsible for (among other things): • Develop and implement machine learning and generative AI solutions. • Build scalable data pipelines and integrate AI models into production environments. • Implement natural language processing (NLP) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques. • Create proofs-of-concept to demonstrate AI capabilities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design and development. • Support client engagements and communicate technical concepts effectively.
