Requirements
• The Translator Ability: You can explain functional and technical details to a client in a way that makes sense for their specific business needs. • Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and understand code from flow perspective across different projects. • Proven experience writing Python (for scripting/API interaction) and functional knowledge of React (to build or tweak UI components). • Good understanding of cloud platform and AI usages. • SME Mindset: You enjoy becoming the person who knows everything about a product's configuration and capabilities. • Documentation Excellence: Experience creating technical content that is both accurate for engineers and accessible for clients. • Experience: 5+ years of experience with 2+ years in developer advocate role or as an QA with some hands on coding..
