Phantom - Senior Copywriter
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Copywriter or in a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in writing for digital marketing and brand communications. • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail, tone, and voice. • Strong ability to adapt copy across different formats while maintaining consistency. • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits effectively • Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tactics • Familiarity with data analytics tools and performance metrics to refine messaging. • Experience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or tech industry is a plus, but not required. • A passion for creativity and innovation, with a solid understanding of how compelling storytelling drives engagement and action. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • The target base salary for this role will range between $140,000 to $188,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
