Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in Program Coordination, Project Management, Release Operations, or a related operational support role. • 3–4 years of experience using technical and reporting tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms. • Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, SQL • 3–4 years of experience creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, analytics, and performance tracking metrics. • 3–4 years of experience supporting program execution with a strong technical or analytical focus, including process tracking, workflow management, and data analysis. • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive action items to completion. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively. • Experience supporting a portfolio lead, program owner, or senior stakeholder in an operational or program support capacity. • Experience working in technology-focused organizations supporting software, platform, cloud, AI, or digital transformation initiatives. • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking work items, releases, backlogs, and program execution activities. • Experience with release management, product lifecycle management, or portfolio operations processes. • Familiarity with business performance reporting, KPI tracking, and executive-level status reporting. • Experience developing process improvements and operational standards across teams. • Ability to work independently while effectively navigating ambiguous or evolving priorities. • Experience collaborating with geographically distributed or global teams.
Responsibilities
• As a Program / Release Operations Manager, you will support the day-to-day execution of a global portfolio of technology and AI-related business offerings. This role is focused on operational excellence, release coordination, portfolio support, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with program owners, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and operations partners to ensure releases, catalog updates, reporting, and portfolio activities are delivered on time and executed efficiently. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a proactive approach to follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment. • Program / Release Operations Manager • Support portfolio leads with day-to-day program execution and release operations activities. • Coordinate across business program managers, engineering teams, and operations stakeholders to ensure key deliverables remain on track. • Track active projects, dependencies, milestones, and timelines, proactively driving follow-up actions to completion. • Manage and support release management processes, including intake, validation, scheduling, and execution activities. • Assist with catalog maintenance, offering updates, asset management, and retirement tracking. • Maintain portfolio dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and status communications to provide accurate visibility into program health and progress. • Facilitate operational reviews and stakeholder meetings, capturing action items and ensuring timely follow-through. • Monitor program metrics and performance indicators to support decision-making and portfolio planning. • Drive task management and coordination across multiple teams and initiatives simultaneously. • Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiencies. • Support end-of-year planning activities, portfolio reviews, and ongoing operational initiatives. • Ensure documentation, reporting, and operational artifacts remain accurate and up to date.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $40– $44 USD/hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range. • $40– $44 USD/hourly.
