Fullscript - Staff Engineer (Enterprise Systems)
Requirements

Responsibilities
• Act as a technical leader within your domain, owning architecture, design decisions, and technical direction • Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform health • Partner with business stakeholders, Product, Engineering, and Security to define, prioritize, and scope work on a quarterly basis • Plan, architect, and review complex systems and workflows, leading design discussions and decision-making • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in existing systems and propose pragmatic improvements • Serve as a domain expert and organizational point of contact for technical decisions and strategy in your area • Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and developers to unblock teams and keep projects on track • Contribute directly to the codebase and work alongside developers to take projects across the finish line • Promote strong engineering practices, maintainability, reliability, and operational excellence • Support the growth of other developers through mentorship, feedback, and technical guidance • Foster a culture of psychological safety, ownership, and continuous improvement
