• Designing, developing, and maintaining a high-performance system, ensuring rationality and reliability. • Around 5 years of Java development experience with a solid foundation in computer science. • Proficient in multi-threaded programming, familiarity with JVM, common open-source distributed middleware, caching, message queues, and MySQL performance tuning. • Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Cloud, and experience in large-scale distributed, high-concurrency, high-load, high-availability systems is a plus. • Enthusiastic about technology, strong code quality standards, communication and collaboration skills. • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and sense of responsibility. • Work-from-home arrangement (may vary by team).
